Day 80: Ember Faith Prayer Countdown

Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.

Today, as we come to the subject of love, we realize that we have already prayed that Ember would know God's love and that she would be full of love and compassion. However, since love is the greatest virtue that we can have, it doesn't hurt to double or triple up on prayers regarding love in her life. So, today, as we pray for the virtue of love in Ember's life, we pray that she would develop healthy, loving friendships.


Dear Father, we are so grateful for the loving and supportive friends that You have given us! We pray that Ember would be surrounded by the love of friends, that she would have healthy friendships. We pray that You would place special people in her life that she can share with. May she also learn to reach out and offer her love and friendship to those who are outcast and alone. Help her to be a good friend, showing Your love to all those around her. Lord, help us to be about sharing Your love and building relationships, so that we might lead our daughter by example. This we pray as we wait for the arrival of our precious baby girl.
